1. About Agri Spray Drones

Agri Spray Drones, LLC is a fast-growing startup at the forefront of agricultural technology, designing and assembling precision spray drones that empower rural America with new opportunities. We are building our manufacturing operation from the ground up and are looking for a driven Quality Inspector to join our team, and be a part of our mission to Empower Rural America.


2. Position Overview

The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting quality checks and tests of the agricultural drones in efforts to ensure the drone passes all tests and is ready to be packaged to be shipped to the customers. Working from the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, the Quality Inspector ensures each unit is built accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role plays a critical part in our production process and the overall quality of our product.

This will be a 4 day work schedule Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 5:30PM


3. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tests of assembled agricultural drones at a designated station in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Follow all steps of the quality checks and tests process accurately and consistently to meet quality standards.
  • Accountable for catching, recording, and categorizing defects for proper pattern record keeping.
  • Maintain accountability for all tools, equipment, and parts assigned to the workstation
  • Perform regular inventory checks using established checklists to ensure parts and components are properly stocked and accounted for.
  • Identify and report any missing, damaged, or defective parts or components to a supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report any and all quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.


4. Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, UAS operations, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have or be willing to get your (Part 107 Drone Pilot License - within 90 days of hire)

Preferred:

  • 1+ years experience specifically in Quality Control related positions.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection tools, equipment, and processes.
  • Part 107 Drone Pilot License.


5. Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.


6. Training

No prior drone or aerospace experience is required. However, This role will be required to obtain their Part 107 Drone Pilot License upon being brought on to our team. We will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role.
