About This Role 

Agri Spray Drones is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our growing operations team in

Boonville, MO. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in keeping our warehouse running

smoothly — picking and packing orders, handling drone shipments, managing inventory, and

supporting inbound and outbound logistics. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days look

exactly the same, so we need people who are comfortable with flexibility and can roll with shifting

priorities without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack small parts orders and accessories accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and package complete drone orders for shipment, ensuring all components are

included and properly protected

• Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting items for damage

• Organize and stage outbound shipments for carrier pickup

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and inventory control procedures

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Use warehouse management systems or tools to track orders and inventory

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed

• Adapt to changing daily priorities and pitch in wherever the team needs support

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout a warehouse for full shifts
